Thorough testing and life-cycle simulation verify the dependability of the design, while close cooperation with manufacturing, marketing and service functions ensures the new products can be built and supported to consistently high quality standards.

  • Extensive customer research feeds into the design objectives, making sure we are in touch with what owners and operators really want.
  • Even before prototypes are built, state of the art computer aided design (CAD) techniques are applied to eliminate structural weak points and optimize the positioning of components both for protection and service access.
  • Expert institutes and specialist partners are involved in developing operator compartments and driver interfaces that will offer the very best ergonomics for operators.
  • At our world-class test facilities, components and prototypes undergo test cycles equivalent to years of continuous truck operation in extreme conditions, so we can be confident of truck performance and dependability.
