In 2009 Hyster marks 80 years in the materials handling business. This ‘birthday’ is a time to reflect on the phenomenal success of the company since it’s beginnings in 1929, through to its development into one of today’s world leading materials handling suppliers.
Even more importantly, we see this milestone as a time for us to sharpen our focus on energised plans for the future as well as increasing communication with customers. Already in 2009, the company’s latest electric counterbalanced models, new warehouse products, and high capacity trucks have hit the streets, so there is plenty of good news to share.

The Hyster celebration couldn’t be complete without inviting our dealers and customers to participate. It would be like someone having a birthday without involving their parents or siblings! We want to take this opportunity to ask for your help in bringing together 80 top stories related to Hyster, from around the world...
