Hyster Fortens Range

The Fortens Range suits the application requirements of brick and block handling as it provides:

  • Excellent final positioning control and truck manoeuvrability.
    • The electronically controlled DuraMatch transmission is programmable and adaptable to deliver the correct operating characteristics, for precise movement when stacking delicate loads.
    • A service technician can set the Auto-Deceleration System on a scale of 1 to 10. The harshest rating of 10 allows the operator to stop the truck in a very short distance, without needing to use the brake.
    • This results in faster cycle times and increased productivity.  

  • Ability to change and reconfigure attachments quickly, as determined by the application,with minimum disruption to operations.
    • The on-board Pacesetter Vehicle System Manager manages all truck systems.
    • This on-board computer enables the technician to set up and calibrate the attachments, including oil-flow, through the dash-display.
    • This results in maximum uptime and productivity.
