NACCO Materials Handling Group supports Asia dealers with new office in Malaysia
Its game on for suppliers of materials handling equipment in Asia, and a winning move for customers across the region as NACCO Materials Handling Group (NMHG) extends its Asian operation and opens the doors of its Malaysia office.
With an extensive dealer network already successfully operating in the region, the NMHG Asia office will bring support closer to dealers, minimising reliance on the Asia-Pacific office in Sydney, Australia.
NACCO Materials Handling Group supplies a comprehensive line of quality lift trucks and aftermarket parts from leading brands Yale®, Hyster® and UTILEV® to an ever-increasing number of customers including logistics providers, retailers, food distributors, building materials suppliers, trucking and automotive companies.
NMHG’s General Manager Asia, Anthony Fagg, is excited about the potential for the office and the positive impact it will have on the dealers set to benefit from the additional training and technical support services that will be offered.
“With Yale, Hyster and UTILEV, we know we have an exceptional product offering, but by having resources available in the heart of Asia, our dealers will have local help should they require it.” Anthony said.
“Importantly, the NMHG presence in Asia will enable continued support not only for dealers, but for customer-based initiatives across the entire region. This will allow us to focus on how we can continually improve our equipment offerings, our field service operations and our replacement parts availability in a way that is relevant for the needs of our customers.”
