• Rental and Leasing

Rental and leasing allows customers to preserve flexibility and capital

Outright purchase is not the only way to bring the benefits of Hyster® forklift to an operation. Growing numbers of users are leasing and renting their forklift trucks, rather than tying up valuable working capital in depreciating assets.

Hyster® forklift dealers are rental specialists. And, with options including Hyster Capital’s range of financial products, all the arrangements are made for an easy-to-understand agreement.

    • Reduce initial investment and align costs to the useful life of the products

    • Benefit from predictable costs and payment schedules

    Short-term Rental

The quick response to immediate lift truck needs.

Most customers experience peaks in activity or exceptional events that demand extra materials handling equipment for relatively short periods of time. Hyster® short-term rental lift trucks allow customers to source the right forklift at short notice.
Whether renting for a day, week, month or longer, customers expect a lift truck immediately. Through the Hyster® Dealer Network, customers access rental equipment for the times when leasing or buying a new forklift is not a practical option.

    • The extensive Hyster® dealer network is able to offer forklift trucks in a variety of capacities available in gas, LP gas, diesel and electric lift truck models as well as specialized equipment including narrow aisle reach trucks, stackers and order pickers.
    • Short-term lift truck rental is an economic way to supplement an existing forklift fleet for seasonal requirements, conducting physical inventory or replacing trucks scheduled for repair.
    • Eliminates the expense of idle equipment not used during other parts of the year.
    • When customers experience an unusually large quantity of goods to be moved at short notice or a particularly tight dead-line, a short-term rental will boost materials handling capacity to meet the requirement.
    • An unexpected event or equipment breakdown may require quick availability of another lift truck - a short-term rental unit can fill the gap, keeping a business running smoothly.

Use the Dealer Locator to contact the local Hyster® Dealer and get a quick and efficient response to short-term rental needs.
