    • All employees have customer focused quality objectives and are involved in continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Quality Circles and Advisory Committees involve Hyster® dealers in feedback and improvement initiatives .
    • Best practices and service standards are promoted across the distribution network through Dealer Excellence Programmes.
