The RS45 provides fast and reliable performance, ensuring every second a container ship is at berth counts. The machine is exclusively available to customers in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
With 45 tonne lift capacity in the first row and 27 to 31 tonne in the second row, the RS45 ReachStacker is optimised for tough container handling operations.

The intelligent design includes a right-sized engine, balanced chassis and dedicated boom, putting weight and strength exactly where it needs to be to deliver industry-leading performance. You’ll be getting the recognised Hyster manufacturing quality and proven components from industry leading suppliers, such as the
- QSL9 Tier 3/StageIIIA Cummins engine

Features such as a +/-800mm side shift, optional powered pile slope and powered dampening all combine to make picking up containers easier.
Spacious cabin provides excellent comfort and all-round visibility for operators working in the toughest applications and extreme weather conditions.
Ergonomically designed, the high visibility cab puts greater productivity within easy reach. Inside the cab, clear and well positioned display keep the operator in touch with precision load control and critical engine performance at all times.
The cab is designed to minimise noise and vibration levels for the operator and the superior seating and generous space ensures maximum comfort for the operator and helps to reduce fatigue.

Cycle times are more efficient with fast acceleration required for productivity in a container yard. The 2-speed hoist system also significantly boosts unladen lift speeds.

All major components are readily accessible for servicing, resulting in shorter downtimes and increased productivity. 500-hour service intervals and parts common to the RS45 makes life easier for service engineers.
