The unique mast design featured on the new Hyster® Reach Truck lifts to an impressive 12.5m with exceptional stability and speed, offering high residual capacities.
The robust three-stage mast is based on embedded channels produced to an accuracy of 0.1mm. This accuracy, 500% better than some competitors, helps ensure some of the best residual capacity figures at height, with a speed of 0.8 metres per second and enhanced accuracy from 0.5mm to 0.1mm.

There are two mast configurations, standard (up to 10.5m) and heavy duty (up to 12.5m), which share innovative features including the unique, patented channel design.

A range of masts is available and the ratio of closed height to maximum lift height (h1:h3) has been reduced. This means trucks can more easily pass through external doorways or tunnels in racking. Options include laser positioning or cameras to make putting away easier in the tallest sheds.
