GREENVILLE, N.C. (Feb 21, 2019) – Working in a concrete yard can be hard on lift trucks. Muddy gravel, heavy, uneven loads, dust and exposure to the elements pose anything but optimal working conditions.
Attendees of the 2019 Precast Show, February 28-March 2 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, KY, will be able to see how Hyster® products can help optimize their productivity in challenging precast environments. The Precast Show is the largest precast-specific trade show in North America, featuring the industry’s most important suppliers and foremost equipment experts under one roof.
Visitors to Hyster booth 115 will be able to speak with industry specialists and learn more about Hyster’s solutions for challenging precast environments, lowering overall cost of ownership and understanding economical alternatives to costly repowering. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore first-hand the recently redesigned Hyster® H360HD2, showcasing features specifically engineered for high capacity loads in tough outdoor operations.
Experience the H360HD2
The Hyster H190-360HD2 series features a recently redesigned mast and carriage. Lift chains and the mast inner channel have been modified to create a wider window through the carriage, providing greater visibility of fork tips at ground level and trailer height. The mast is now also mounted closer to the truck, allowing for a higher load capacity without a longer or heavier truck. Other key mast features have been redesigned including a variable roller lap design for longer roller and bearing life, enlarged chain sheaves, maintenance-free full-complement bearings and reduced overall lowered mast height to improve flexibility in operation and transport. The streamlined dual-function sideshift fork positioning carriage redesign offers productivity enhancements including a reduction in lost load, simultaneous and individual fork positioning, quick disconnect forks and minimized visual obstruction.
The H190-360HD2 series is designed with the service technician in mind. Gull-wing hoods provide quick access to key components. A tilting cab provides easy access to hydraulic components in seconds. Galvanized, broad, slip-resistant running boards foster quick daily checks, while a large access bay enables easy radiator cleaning. Sealed electrical connectors resist contaminants, keeping electrical systems up and running, while optional wet disc brakes are sealed, preventing contamination, virtually eliminating brake maintenance and reducing operating costs.
Visit Hyster at the Precast Show booth 115 and discover how Hyster quality-built trucks can help provide a low cost of ownership, deliver profitable performance in harsh environments and help reduce downtime.
